1. To place an order, kindly send an e-mail to with the following details.

- Contact Number
- Mailing Address
- E-mail Address

2. Please allow 3 working days for us to revert with a confirmation of purchase.

3. Full payment can be made via ATM bank transfer/Internet bank transfer.

4. For customised wedding items, there will be a 50% cash deposit to commence work. Payment can be via ATM bank transfer/Internet Bank Transfer. The remaining 50% payment will be made via the same mode of payment upon delivery/collection. Please allow 1 months advance notice for customised wedding items.

5. For urgent orders for repeated designs, additional $10 service fee on each item will be imposed.

6. Delivery options as follows:

a. Registered mail (free for purchases above S$100, otherwise add S$3.50 to total purchases)
b. Normal Post (min charge: S$1.50)

7. All products are subjected to the availability of the materials.
